Meet the 2020 Executive Board
Meghana Boojala
Chief Executive Officer

Meghana is the current president of SWS and is a junior from Ashburn, Virginia majoring in Finance with a concentration in Accounting. She's passionate about helping other women at W&M receive the resources and training they need to succeed in a finance career. She worked in asset management with Fidelity Investments last summer and will be interning in JP Morgan's investment banking division next summer. Outside of SWS, Meghana is a part of the Boehly Center's Financial Literacy Program. She is the current Chair of the Senate for Student Assembly and works with the student body to solve problems on campus and better student life. Meghana is also a part of Tri Delta on campus.


Solongo Bayarmaa
Chief Marketing Officer

Solongo is a senior from Arlington, Virginia majoring in Economics and serves as the Chief Marketing Officer. She is interested in the intersection between financial economics, marketing, and public policy and wants to educate other women on investing and financial literacy, not just business majors. She interned with the Cypress Group this past summer as a Research Intern. On campus, she is also involved with Kappa Kappa Gamma and Best Buddies.
Judy Shi
Chief Investment Officer

Judy is a senior from Shanghai, China majoring in Finance and Psychology. She serves as the Chief Investment Officer. She is interested in growth investment and is excited to share and communicate with anyone interested in finance, no matter what they major in. She interned with Sands Capital this summer as a Research Intern. On campus, she is also a member of CKI.

Jess Brady
Chief Investment Officer
Jess is a junior from West Chester, Pennsylvania majoring in Finance and serves as one of the Chief Investment Officers. She wants to help other women develop their financial literacy skills and expand on other fundamental skills that can help them succeed in their careers. At William and Mary, she is also involved with Gamma Phi Beta and Campus Buddies.
Lindsey Whittaker
Chief Development Officer
Lindsey is a junior from southern New Hampshire majoring in finance with a concentration in accounting. She currently serves as the Chief Development Officer of Smart Woman Securities, and decided to join SWS to learn more about investing and finance in a positive, encouraging environment. This summer, she interned within treasury at State Street, and is interested in pursuing a career in asset management. Her other involvements on campus include Kappa Kappa Gamma and Tribe Ambassadors.


Elizabeth Kasten
Executive Assistant
Elizabeth is a junior from Lake Forest, IL majoring in finance with a concentration in innovation and entrepreneurship and serves as the Executive Assistant. She is interested in international finance and wants to educate girls on investing and breaking into a finance career. This summer she was a Private Wealth Management intern at William Blair & Co. in Chicago, IL. On campus, she is also on the Women’s Stock Pitch Team and is also involved with Kappa Alpha Theta.
Claire Hiscott
Assistant Marketing Officer
Claire is a junior from Falls Church, Virginia majoring in Finance and serves as the assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer. She is interested in making finance and financial literacy more accessible to women at W&M. She interned with Ashoka this summer as a Research intern. On campus, she is also a member of the Varsity Lacrosse team.


Ishita Garg
Assistant Investment Officer
Ishita, the Assistant to the Chief Investment Officer, is a sophomore from Ashburn, Virginia majoring in Economics and Finance. She joined SWS because she believes that the seminar series keeps women well-informed and empowers them to go into the finance world one day! She interned with Kesem National this summer as an Operations Systems Intern. Outside SWS, she is a mentor through Griffin School Partnerships, an active member of Best Buddies, and loves cooking.
Nira Nair
Assistant Development Officer
Nira is a sophomore from McLean, VA double majoring in finance and computer science and is currently the Assistant Chief Development Officer. Nira is interested in working in venture capital within the tech industry. On campus Nira is a part of AKPsi, CS + Social Good, and Kappa Kappa Gamma.
